We think renewable energy can make power cheaper and have a massive positive impact on our environment. Using home-grown solar power when demand peaks is also amazing for our economy, as it lessens the need to import expensive and dirty fossil fuels.

Renewables like solar provide some of our cheapest energy. The catch is that the weather doesn’t always play ball. We have built our own AI software platform that predicts what will happen in the market, updating its forecasts in real time. This helps us use our batteries to store renewable energy and release it when it will create the most value.

And by selling power directly to our communities, we are allowing smaller generators to access the energy market without having to go through one of the major players.

Around the world, we are seeing massive amounts of renewable energy infrastructure being built, but its potential is held back by market structures that favour large integrated power businesses. We are on a mission to level the playing field, and by doing so, we hope to make the world a little bit better.
